What is your return / exchange policy?

Paintings can be returned / exchanged, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in the same condition as sold, together with an original receipt/confirmation email. Refunds, less shipping costs, are issued in accordance with the original method of payment and can up to take 10 days to clear clients accounts.

How do I return an order?

If you are not happy with your order please contact Nina – at [email protected] or by phone / text / WhatsApp +353 (0)87 2977797, with your order number for return address details. I will provide a return address to send any damaged, faulty or incorrect items to. You can indicate if you would like a refund, exchange, credit note / gift card. Refunds, less shipping costs, are issued in accordance with the original method of payment and can up to take 10 days to clear clients accounts.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once a return order has been received by us, clients will receive a confirmation email. Return payments are processed immediately and can take up to 10 days to clear clients accounts.

Are Gift Cards refundable?

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
